Response times are back to normal, but we're keeping an eye on it!

Everyone who texted a class code will be added. However, if subscribers use T-Mobile, this carrier was also experiencing separate issues so those subscribers should rejoin by texting the @code again.

We are experiencing slow responses when joining classes by SMS this morning. Students will not see an immediate response when texting a @code, but we will add them to the class. They will likely get a delayed confirmation text.

As a work around, subscribers can join by downloading the Remind app and entering the class @code
