Customers on a Remind Plan who are using SIS sync via SFTP may have trouble connecting to our servers. You may be seeing credentials time out and rostering and automessages may be delayed. This is due to one of our service providers currently experiencing an outage. Our engineers are working closely with that team to get us fully back up and running as soon as possible. Unfortunately, we don't have an exact timeframe yet. Our apologies for any inconvenience caused!
