Investigating - Customers on a Remind Plan who are using SIS sync via SFTP may have trouble connecting to our servers. You may be seeing credentials time out and rostering and automessages may be delayed. This is due to one of our service providers currently experiencing an outage. Our engineers are working closely with that team to get us fully back up and running as soon as possible. Unfortunately, we don't have an exact timeframe yet. Our apologies for any inconvenience caused!

Monitoring - Remind's providers alerted us this evening on November 19th at 8:45 PM Pacific that they were experiencing delays in delivering messages to some Remind participants.

A hard refresh will resolve this issue. Please reach out to Remind's support (via rmd.me/help) if you continue to experience any issues after refreshing
