We are currently experiencing an issue generating SFTP credentials. This will affect folks who are attempting to configure rostering or auto-messaging. Existing credentials and configurations that are already set up will continue to work just fine.

This is due to one of our service providers currently experiencing an outage. Our engineers are working closely with that team to get us fully back up and running as soon as possible. Unfortunately, we don't have an exact timeframe yet. Our apologies for any inconvenience caused!
